These prices are a guide only. Your actual quote depends on many factors, including your vehicle’s size, shape and condition, how much of it is covered, the design work involved, the films chosen and any prep or removal needed.

What affects the price

Six things that move a wrap quote up or down

Vehicle size & shape

More surface means more film and more installation time. Deep body lines, rivets and corrugated panels take extra care.

How much is covered

Lettering, a partial wrap and a full wrap use very different amounts of material and labour.

Design work

Using your existing logo and a clean layout costs less than a fully custom, illustrated design.

Film & laminate

Premium cast films from 3M, Avery Dennison and Arlon with a matching laminate cost more up front and last years longer.

Prep & removal

Old graphics, adhesive residue or paint damage need to be dealt with before new film goes on.

Number of vehicles

Fleet work is designed once. Extra units with the same design usually cost less each.

Why some quotes are much cheaper

If one quote is half the price of the others, ask what film it uses. The cheapest wraps are often printed on calendered vinyl without a laminate. It’s fine for flat, short-term signs, but on a vehicle it tends to shrink, crack and peel within a year or two of Ontario sun, winters and road salt. Fixing or removing a failed wrap usually costs more than doing it right the first time.

We quote premium cast films from 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon with a matching laminate, installed in our indoor bay in Cambridge.

FAQ

Vehicle wrap cost: common questions

How much does it cost to wrap a cargo van?

A full printed wrap on a full-size cargo van such as a Ford Transit or RAM ProMaster typically costs $3,500 to $5,500 plus HST, and $4,500 to $6,500 or more for a high-roof Sprinter. A partial wrap is usually $1,500 to $3,000, and commercial lettering starts around $500. Your exact price depends on the van, the design and how much is covered.

Are these prices exact?

No. They are a guide only. Your actual quote depends on your vehicle’s size and condition, how much is covered, the design work involved and the films chosen. A free quote gives you an exact, itemized price.

Do the prices include HST?

No. All prices on this page are in Canadian dollars before 13% HST.

Why are some wrap quotes so much cheaper?

Very low quotes usually mean cheaper calendered vinyl instead of cast film, no protective laminate, or skipped prep. Those wraps can shrink, crack or peel within a year or two of Ontario winters and road salt. We quote premium cast films with matching laminate.

Is a wrap cheaper than painting a vehicle?

Usually, yes, for business graphics. Painting a logo and contact details onto a vehicle costs far more than printed film, and paint is permanent. A wrap can be updated or removed when you rebrand or sell the vehicle.

Do fleets get better pricing?

Yes. The design is created once and adapted to each vehicle, and we keep your files on record, so additional vehicles with the same design usually cost less per unit.
